Setup phase exists on Amateur and Intermediate difficulties. Ghosts remain in their favorite rooms until main door gets unlocked. Ghost Phases are determined by player sanity on average, added on with a hunting multiplier, and alternatively multiplied by an Oni or Wraith multiplier.
